1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Business App ("Service"), provided by Local Web Pilot ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Business App is a "System-as-a-Service" platform designed to help local small businesses manage their online presence, marketing, and operations. Features include, but are not limited to, Local SEO, Reputation Management, Social Media Marketing, Advertising Intelligence, and AI-assisted communication tools.

The Service is powered in part by Vendasta Technologies Inc. ("Vendasta"). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that certain functionalities may be subject to Vendasta's terms and conditions.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2. Maintain the security of your password and identification.
3. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

• Subscription Terms: The Service is offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts, unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement.
• Billing: Fees for your selected plan (e.g., Base, Mid, Pro, AI Pro+) will be billed monthly in advance.
• Changes: You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the App. Changes will be reflected in the subsequent billing cycle.
• Refunds: Services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in a specific offer.
